RECIPE OF JOY
We're not like trees rooted in one spot; we have the freedom to move around and explore the world
My practical tips for planning, organizing, and tackling a Do-It-Yourself trip
My own travel adventure
The more I travel, the more I understand the vastness and wonder of the world: a few times each year, during the quieter seasons of spring and autumn, I organize a getaway to a distant location.
On the beach in Thailand, on the cliffs of Zakynthos, or straddling the Equator in Uganda
I'm prepared to leave my comfort zone, open my eyes wide, and appreciate this amazing opportunity.
My craving for adventure and new experiences originates from within and assists me in enduring the inconvenience of travel because I am aware that what awaits me on the other side will be rewarding.
Traveling is great because what seems amazing to you might be normal to someone else. So, don't worry too much about what others think. Just go, see for yourself, and form your own opinions.
My curiosity and desire to always challenge myself lead me to plan everything independently, and every travel idea fuels another in my quest for something different.
I want to explore numerous places because the world is full of diversity that surpasses our imagination. I leave my certainties behind and embrace surprises.

Have a great time on your journey!
Leaving behind the hectic pace of everyday life and all preconceptions, I set out with an open heart to embrace whatever the journey has in store for me, light as a balloon.
Being open-minded is crucial for interacting with diverse cultures, religions, and lifestyles. It means being ready to connect with individuals who are different from you, but whom you might still appreciate.
Whether you're in old Europe, surrounded by cafes and hidden streets, in the mountains, or on peaceful beaches, take your time to photograph the places and people you encounter as if they were something truly magical.
A photo is valuable, bringing you back to the starting point whenever you glance at it, lingering in your thoughts.
Stay adaptable and don't get disheartened by surprises. You'll definitely discover a solution, master the art of improvisation, and who knows, as you navigate through the story, you might end up in moments that will turn into some of your fondest memories.
It's always good to start off by learning a few words in the local language. Saying "thank you" can really brighten someone's day and lead to meeting new and interesting people.
Don't assume everyone speaks English. If we encounter difficulties, let's find alternative ways to communicate. I always carry my Thai notebook with me. If words fail, I resort to drawings that can be understood in any language.
Be cautious and sensible, but don't hesitate to try new things, learn, or veer off the beaten path. Don't be just a walking bird, spread your wings and take off.
And don't stress too much if things go wrong because that's the essence of the adventure that will make your experience special.
